New Immigration Advisers portal launched
A new and upgraded Immigration Advisers portal was released on 24 February 2025.
The new Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) portal was launched on Monday 24 February 2025. This replaces and upgrades the older Immigration Advisers Authority register and online services platform.
The new portal updates our system technology and improves security. All licence details have been transferred into the new register. You will still need a RealMe® account to access the new IAA portal.
If you have an existing record in the IAA public register (because you hold a current licence, or have previously held a licence), you will need to set up your access to the new IAA portal as follows.
- You must log in to the new IAA portal using your RealMe® account. You can use the same RealMe® account you used to access our old online services.
- When you first log in to the new IAA portal, you will be prompted to set up your login profile. This will include your name and contact numbers, as well as the email address to which we will send our system notifications such as your licence renewal reminder.
- You will need to link your login profile to your existing record in the IAA public register, if you have one. This will allow you to update your registration details, or renew your licence in the future. Please do not submit an application for a licence without first linking your existing record and your new login profile.
More information about setting up your login profile and access can be found on our website.
In addition to a new look and feel, the new IAA portal introduces the following changes.
We have moved applications, renewals and upgrade requests online
We will no longer offer paper-based forms for the majority of applications. Some downloadable forms and templates remain available for matters such as supervision arrangements.
Digital licences
If you have a current licence, you will be able to download your digital licence straight from the IAA portal. Digital licences can be printed, or saved to your computer or phone.
We will stop issuing plastic ID cards (‘wallet card”) and physical certificates. If you have a plastic ID card and certificate, you can continue to use these until they expire.
