The District Court of New Zealand hears:

  • appeals against licensing decisions made by the Registrar of Immigration Advisers
  • charges laid under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act
  • appeals against sanctions imposed by the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal.
