Generating a link to your adviser page

Since the launch of the new portal, adviser pages have dynamic URLs. However, it is possible to generate a static link so that you can link to your adviser page in your email signature or on your website.

Follow the instructions on the Licence Identification page to create your static link.

Clause 14 of the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2014 requires that a licensed immigration adviser provide evidence of being licensed to the client. INZ v Tran [2024] NZIACDT 27 provides more guidance on how an adviser might meet their obligations under cl14 of the Code.
