Upcoming IAA migrant survey
An update on the next rounds of the IAA migrant survey and how advisers can support participation.
The IAA migrant survey will resume in October 2026 and run quarterly over the next 12 months.
The survey collects feedback from migrants who have used licensed immigration advisers. It helps us understand client experiences, identify emerging issues, and monitor trends over time. The results support ongoing improvements to regulation, education, and consumer protection activities.
We have engaged Gravitas OPG to conduct the survey. If your clients receive an invitation, we encourage you to support the survey and reassure them that it is a legitimate research project conducted on behalf of the Immigration Advisers Authority.
