Logging into your account for the first time
If you have an existing record in the IAA public register (because you hold a current licence, or have previously held a licence), you will need to set up your access to the new IAA portal as follows.
- You must log in to the new IAA portal using your RealMe® account. You can use the same RealMe® account you used to access our old online services.
- When you first log in to the new IAA portal, you will be prompted to set up your login profile. This will include your name and contact numbers, as well as the email address to which we will send our system notifications such as your licence renewal reminder.
- You will need to link your login profile to your existing record in the IAA public register, if you have one. This will allow you to update your registration details or renew your licence in the future. Please do not submit an application for a licence without first linking your existing record and your new login profile.
