Display of Licence

Clause 10a of the code of conduct sets out the requirement on an adviser to display their immigration adviser licence in a prominent place at their place of business at all times.

Clause 10b of the code of conduct sets out the requirement on an adviser to provide evidence of being licensed to clients on request.

These requirements are self-explanatory, and the Authority expects that they will be adhered to by advisers at all times.

As well as an adviser’s immigration adviser licence, evidence of being licensed can also include a licensed immigration adviser’s wallet card or their listing on the register.
