Temporary Entry: Variations Of Conditions
The existing provisions under U6.20 have been expanded to include reference to Industry Training Organisations (ITO). This enables holders of work or visitor’s permits to lawfully undertake industry training administered by an ITO.
A wording change has also been made to better reflect that variations of conditions are provided by special direction.
