If you feel that you or someone you know has had an unacceptable experience with a licensed immigration adviser, please let us know by making a complaint.

Complain about an unlicensed immigration adviser
Providing New Zealand immigration advice when not licensed or exempt is an offence under New Zealand law. However, making a complaint to us about someone who is doing this will not affect your immigration status.
