You will need to explain what happened and provide supporting documents such as receipts, written agreements (contracts), emails or letters.
First you will need to find out whether the person who provided you with immigration advice is licensed.
Licensed immigration advisers can be found on our online register.
If the person you wish to tell us about is a licensed immigration adviser, go to make a complaint.
If the person you wish to tell us about is not a licensed immigration adviser, go to report an offence.
