Judicial decisions
The following may be heard in the District Court of New Zealand:
- Licensing decisions made by the Registrar of Immigration Advisers may be appealed in the District Court of New Zealand.
- Charges laid under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act are also heard in the District Court.
- Sanctions imposed by the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal may be appealed in the District Court.
If dissatisfied with a decision of the District Court as being erroneous in law, a party to an appeal under this Part may appeal to the High Court on a question of law only.
