You can apply for a licence from 4 May 2008. People giving immigration advice within New Zealand will have to be licensed by 4 May 2009. Offshore Advisers will have to be licensed by 4 May 2010.
Apply for a licence
Not everyone who gives immigration advice needs to be licensed. To find out if you need a licence, please read our About Applying guidelines.If you decide to apply for a licence, you will need to:
- Read our Cover Letter
- Print out and fill in the Immigration Adviser Licence Application
- Provide all documents and evidence that the Application asks for.
- Pay the licence application fee.
