Once licensed, you are required to abide by the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct.

To help you comply with these requirements, we have developed a set of guidelines that can be found in the Policy and Procedures Manual for Licensed Immigration Advisers.

Part D of the manual relates to your professional practice and provides guidance on ways to improve your business practices including how to:

• write written agreements
• manage client funds and client accounts
• change your contact details on the register
• advertising your business
• tell clients what they need to know
• deal with office administration.
