Only licensed immigration advisers are permitted to use our Trade Mark.

This symbol tells consumers that they are dealing with a licensed professional and there are rules around how it should be displayed.

The Trade Mark must be used in a way that makes it clear who in the business is licensed to provide advice. Check the trade mark policy and your Trade Mark Licence Agreement for more information.

Any advertising must also be considered in light of the code’s clauses on misrepresentation.
